This is how we’ve painted the scenes and fabrics for the colder months, when home décor demands even more atmosphere and intimacy. Wood, bark, pine cones, and acorns. But also the coats of deer, squirrels, and foxes. The mysterious realm of the forest and underbrush is filled with a thousand shades of brown: earthy, basic, solid tones that create reassuring, soft, and intimate spaces, perfectly complementing the natural gradations typical of our style.

In particular, rust arises from the combination of red, orange, and brown to create a warm, earthy tone similar to terracotta but more orange. It’s an intense color that perfectly complements a range of neutral shades, as well as skillful brushstrokes of brown or green.
